Their presence demonstrated a strong community collaboration and a shared commitment to technical skill development as a means to uplift the socio-economic condition of the youth in the region.

The programs are designed to prepare trainees for:

  • Entry-level technician roles in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services
  • Freelancing opportunities in urban and semi-urban communities
  • Entrepreneurship pathways through micro-enterprise support and guidance

Each center is expected to train 100+ students annually, particularly targeting unemployed youth and school dropouts, offering them a chance to earn a sustainable livelihood.

Building a Skilled India – One Neighborhood at a Time

With these two new additions, Samarth Bharat continues to expand its grassroots network of training centers, focused on providing demand-driven skills that align with India’s growing service economy. The initiative strongly supports the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), where youth are not job seekers but job creators.

The inauguration ceremonies concluded with interactions with local beneficiaries, walkthroughs of the training infrastructure, and light refreshments for all attendees. The enthusiasm and participation of the community highlighted a shared vision for local empowerment and sustainable growth.
