1. Cancellation by Participant:
If a participant wish to cancel their enrolment in a skill development program, they must notify Samarth Bharat in writing as soon as possible.
The refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation:
Cancellation made 15 days before the program start date: 100 % refund of the program fee.
Cancellation made within 7 days of the program start date: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation or Changes by Samarth Bharat:
Samarth Bharat reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a skill development program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, or any other valid reason.
In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a different program or receive a full refund of the program fee.
3. Failure to Attend:
If a participant fail to attend the skill development program without prior notice to Samarth Bharat, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a cancellation request in accordance with the refund policy.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial registration.
5. Non-Transferable:
Enrolment in a skill development program is non-transferable. Participants cannot transfer their enrolment to another individual without prior approval from Samarth Bharat.
6. Force Majeure:
Samarth Bharat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.
