A certificate distribution ceremony was organized at Samarth Bharat’s Chuna Bhatti, Kirti Nagar Training Centre for the first batch of the Carpenter (Badhai) training course. A total of 16 students from the current batch were present to receive their certificates upon successful completion of the course.
The event was graced by several esteemed guests, including Shri Bharat Bhushan Ji, All India Joint Head of Outreach, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh; Shri Shiv Kumar Ji; Dr. Akhilesh Kaushik Ji; Shri Shonal Gupta Ji, Coordinator of Samarth Bharat; and Shri Rakesh Ji, Co-Coordinator of Samarth Bharat. Their presence and words of encouragement greatly inspired the trainees.
During the ceremony, the guests highlighted the importance of skill development in nation-building and self-reliance. They emphasized that trades such as carpentry not only preserve traditional craftsmanship but also offer sustainable livelihood opportunities in today’s economy.
The students shared their learning experiences and expressed gratitude to the trainers and the organization for the support and practical knowledge imparted during the course. A few trainees even showcased miniature furniture items and woodwork models they had crafted as part of their training, which received appreciation from the guests.
The event concluded with a group photograph, refreshments, and an informal interaction between the dignitaries and the trainees. The atmosphere was filled with pride and motivation, marking a significant milestone for both the students and the training centre.
