Sh. Praveen Arya

Praveen Arya is the Chairman of Foresight Edutech Pvt. Ltd, a NSDC partner company and owns F-TEC Skill Development. As founder of F-TEC, he has built the institution based on the principles of Social Enterprise model in the area of training and skill development. He has led the movement of bridging the digital divide in urban India when IT was emerging as major sector for employment by offering IT training programs on an affordable cost and building a sustainable model. Praveen Arya as founder of Foresight Society of HRD, a non-profit foundation has extensively worked to create a sustainable model in the area of rural development and chaired many national symposiums on different issues of national importance under advocacy campaign carried out by foundation. He has been on board of Central Govt. Ministry and some of reputed national/ international level social & developmental organization. Presently serving as Vice-President of Ekal Sansthan under Ekal Abhiyan which has been operating Vidyalaya (Informal Schools) in more than 65000 villages. 

Sh. Jaikant Singh

Jaikant is the Head of Strategy and Programme Development team at NSDC. Mr. Jaikant Singh, a 1995 batch Civil Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology, has carved an indelible imprint of his astute managerial skills in all responsible positions that have been held by him. During his efficacious career of 25 years starting from 1995, he has worked with one of the big names including Essar, Punj Lloyd, Diebold on various capacities.

With a deep feeling of compassion & commitment to giving back to the society, he joined “National Skill Development Corporation” an apex organization of Skill Development domain in the country, as one of the founder members in 2010. Being one of the youngest members, he brought in the vigor and idealism of youth which are essential to infuse new ideas and transparency in shaping the concept of skill development in the country. 

A feather in his cap is his stellar planning and execution of 75+ Rozgar Melas covering 15+ States from 2016-2019, for which he has been appreciated & felicitated by the several Cabinet Rank Ministers & Members of Parliament. Considering his expertise & experience achieved in the Skill Development Sector over a period of past 11 years, he was also served an additional charge of Senior Head-Africa Partnership Initiatives for taking the skill development operations in African Countries to a new height; replicating the success achieved in India.

Sh. Abhijit Chaturvedi

Abhijit Chaturvedi is a business consultant, circular economy expert, civil innovation strategist, skilling, and learning expert. He has helped several skills development and educational institutes in India and abroad along with fortune 500 by using technology to uncover & improve the wide range of challenges in the Skill Training, Higher Education, School Education, and Corporate learning space. 

He has a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science from the University of New South Wales. His interests lie in ed-tech start-up, civil innovation, learning, training, policy analysis, campaign design, content & media, organizational strategy, political consulting, & innovation.  

Sh. Kamlesh Raghuvanshi Ji

Director, DDU Kaushal Kendra (Scheme of UGC), Bvoc Courses (Software Development and Banking) at Ramanujan College.

He has completed Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, M.P titled, “MATHEMATICAL MODELING FOR SOFTWARE RELEASE TIME PROBLEM WITH AN EMPIRICAL VALIDATION”.

He has published various journals and done various industrial projects mainly involved in development, testing some of which are Jersey Telecom –Jersey –UK, Multilink – Nigeria, BSNL – Trichy.

Sh. Raj Nehru Ji

Vice Chancellor – Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana – India’s very first skill university. He is mainly focusing on meeting the skill demands of the State in the current and emerging areas of various sectors such as manufacturing, automobile, IT, healthcare, construction, banking & finance, hospitality, agriculture, etc.

His extensive 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of HR transformation, Acquisition & Mergers, Change management, corporate social responsibility & Performance Management. Raj has a strong experience in the area of Industrial Relations and Union Management and has undertaken various assignments successfully.

Raj is Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Myer’s-Briggs type indicator (MBTI), Hogan and, Thomas profiling practitioner. He is also Certified Herman Brain Dominance Instrument Practitioner besides a Certified Human Performance Improvement Practitioner and a Trained Coach

 

Mr. Ravi Gupta

Mr. Ravi Gupta has attained a degree of Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Delhi. He has 17 years of working experience in the sector of Entrepreneurship, Employability, and Skill Development.  He is a motivational speaker and trainer and has detailed work associations with various central government organizations like NSIC, KVIC, MSME, NIESBUD, NIPCCD, NYKS, etc. Also, he is visiting faculty for various colleges/universities as well as industry. He is an expert trainer of MSME programs and policy. He has been Master Trainer for Entrepreneurship and Employability program run by Skill India (NSDC).

He has an exposure to connecting more than 75000 youth/budding entrepreneurs/unskilled persons across the country through his training and motivational programs. In the past, he was associated with Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC) as Research Coordinator, where he was involved in studying socio-political policies and designing inputs for a new policy framework to supplement policymakers.  Currently, he is associated with Surya Foundation as Sr. Consultant and heading team to implement social programs and schemes at the grassroots level in Darjeeling (WB) and other parts of the country.

Mr. Sudhakar Kumar

Mr. Sudhakar Kumar is a post graduate in Development Studies. He has an experience of 10 years in social sector. He is handling social development projects and dealing with youths across the country. He is good motivator who always leads the team with commitment and dedication. His experience and knowledge to connect with people is always a plus point to support his career journey, especially to serve the humanity for certain causes. Skill development is one of his major interest areas where he has been working to motivate and support youth to gain further skills.

Managing Director of a Media House Bharat Prakashan Ltd.is widely recognized for his exemplary contribution to the society and empowering the new generation with skills and employment opportunities.

After completing his studies from BITS ,Pilani he set up his industry of Textiles in Noida which he ran successfully for 25 years.

Bharat Ji has dedicated his life to serving the community and creating a positive impact on people’s lives. He has initiated several projects aimed at uplifting the underprivileged sections of society and empowering them with skills and opportunities. Some of the notable Community projects are Udaan, Worko, BHIM Human Rights Group

Bharat Ji is the Chief architect of Samarth Bharat Career Development Centres for DU students as one of his most notable projects.

These Centers CDC’s in various colleges of DU are specifically designed to focus on helping students interested in startups and entrepreneurship.
Through this initiative, students will be provided with the necessary guidance and hand holding to help them turn their ideas into successful businesses.

Bharat ji is also Director on the board of Udmodaya Foundation which is not for profit co.supported by DU which is going to start Incubation Center for the start ups of primarily DU students.
